To ensure the package is delivered in perfect condition, we don’t support shipping to certain countries. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. We usually require 5 business days for production since our products are handcrafted and take some time to create.
For the U.S., the U.K., and other European countries, shipping typically takes 6-10 business days.
For other countries and regions, it usually takes around 8-15 Business days.
Due to the unique nature of handcrafted products, returns or exchanges are not supported. You are welcome to contact us whenever there is a problem.
All the items displayed are only for reference. Each piece of artwork possesses its own uniqueness, so it is impossible to make it exactly the same as the original image. Due to the oxidizing properties of lacquer, the color may darken initially but will return to its normal, brighter state within 7 to 15 days.
